FNB PAYPAL. WHAT A JOKE

On 27 November, I processed a PayPal withdrawal and it's the 2nd of Dec and my money is still NOT IN MY ACCOUNT!!!

This happened on the 30th of Oct and on the 7th Aug (below). Delays in payment exceeding the guaranteed fnb turnaround time. I have incurred bank penalties due to debit orders being returned as a direct result of this incompetence. This is utterly pathetic. I have lodged grievances via hello peter and all I get is excuses and apologies (days after the incidents when it doesn't matter anymore). I have contacted fnb on social media and no real action is taken. What in the hell is going on and why will NO ONE there provide feedback or any information on why these funds are not available on time???? This messes with people's lives!

FIX YOUR PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL. FIX THE ISSUE OF INCOMPETENCE WITH STAFF THAT ARE NOT RELEASING THESE PAYMENTS ON TIME.
