FNB PayPal facilities are useless

Why does *** NOT respond after 4 days???

PayPal has limited my account - meaning I cannot withdraw urgently needed funds to assist those in need. PayPal USA has a pathetic contact management system that does not allow dialogue when submitting POA in my case. Having provided a PDF copy of my bank supp**** and stamped FICA registered details, PayPal rejected it. Other than this I have not way of ensuring acceptance and their dismal customer care facilities are zero help. So I decided to approach one of their SA agents i.e. FNB but, it appears, they are equally useless in terms of contact management.
