False advertising

Bought a 5ton jack online and was mislead by their seller with a cheap 2 dollar packet consisting of a sisser and 3 cheap *****drivers. Then the seller offer me a third back of my money where i was looking to received what i bought mainly the 5 ton jack. Then i was asked where did i report the insident meaning like a police department. Since i bought it true paypal i was assure of a backup policy witch seems now void.They promise but they cant delivered. Please avoid them at all.
