Extremely Poor Customer Care and Service

I have been running my business invoices successfully through Paypal, however, from the 11 March I have not been able to issue invoices to my clients. After 2 very long phone calls, 3 weeks of waiting and many messages on the Paypal system, I still do not have an answer and the issue is still not resolved. The online message system states that a response will be issued within 24 hours - this does not happen and has not happened.<br> I am at a loss at how to rectify this issue and am considering moving my business to another provider such as Stripe.
