Ebay.com /PayPal

I have ordered a cycling helmet through Ebay and used PayPal witch both are supposed to be a save way to order stuff online. Order date July 30.The helmet according to Ebay arrived in South Africa on the 12 August. Now the delivery date was 8 October. Nothing arrived yet. The tracking details was last updated 12 August. Nothing since then. So ebay asked me to file a return to get a refund, but my problem now is that it was free shipping and now I have to pay to return the order that is more than what the order is worth and both eBay and PayPal guarantee your money back but the catch is you pay more than what you get back. Absolutely poor service, luckily I didn't pay much to try them out. Will never make the same mistake!!!
