Don't ever use FNB PAYPAL

<div>I have never had such horrible service from a company ever.. PayPal has false advertising. Sure you can open an account quickly. But what you don't know is the drama that follows. PayPal in South Africa is linked to FNB. I don't have an FNB account. I was told that is not a problem and the monies can be transferred to my Nedbank account. I have spent almost the last 3 months trying to transfer money sitting in my PayPal account. Due to Covid, it is very difficult to get hold of anyone telephonically. I have spent hours in the FNB Sandton branch where they have tried helping me. Little did I know they had no clue of what to do. I have sent messages on the PayPal site and haven't had a response. I have sent many emails re-attaching the required FICA documents. I have received emails from FNBPayPal apologising to me for taking a while to get back to me and asking for document after document which I keep on sending. I have tried calling someone I know who works at FNB and he has tried emailing and calling people. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. It is a disgrace. If I could come to the office and get assistance from someone I would but no-one can help me. II would never have used PaPal if I knew what I would have to go through and I would not recommend them to anyone else.&nbsp;</div>
