Don't be fooled by Paypal's buyer protection adds

I bought a smar****ch online that was promoted to be similar to the Samsung gear range with the turning feature bessle and was supposed to be water resistant for a number of meters, etc.

After receiving a **** sh#t watch in the post I contacted PayPal and they covered for the seller and decline my refund request in that they didn't believe the product was materially different.
