Disgusting service!

What terrible service we received from what they claim to be a "reliable" platform to do safe international transactions! They basically support ********* in *****ing your money and they gladly release it, when disputed (and we have buyer protection on the transaction) they take ages to "investigate" and then decline your refund, after sending screenshots of conversations, even video footage of what the ******** look like, they just offer you the option to dispute the outcome, which now takes a further how many days or weeks to get a response. This is an absolute disgrace! Poor service, lack of following through with policies that they offer on their site and I have lost all faith in customer service with regards to innocent people being ****med not only by ******* but by a "trusted" institution like paypal!
