Disgusting customer service

Absolutely horrified, I ordered products online through PayPal, almost 3 months later I haven't received anything, opened a case with PayPal they promised to give me feedback by 21st September. Today is the 28th. I can't get answers from them. Please note the transactions are almost 2k for the 2 and they not coming back to me. PayPal not so safe after all.
