Disgusting and unprofessional service

Funds were sent to me via Pay Pal from a UK sender on 27October 2023 . The sender mistakenly sent it to an old email address of mine . Since then both the sender have been shunted from pillar to post mail after mail message after message with no resolution to the problem whatsoever today is the 15 November 2023 nobody from their customer service centre has even responded or assisted with regards a simple matter of resolving this problem . I think their level of service delivery and customer service absolutely stinks i will never advise any family members friends or collegues to make use of this service these people are totally *********** and unprofessional . I dont know why they are even in business. Totally disgusting
