Disgusted first time user

I transferred funds from my PayPal to my fnb account on 9 December 2020. Checked the status following day and it said "completed." I wondered why the I haven't received the funds because they said it would take 1 business day to receive the funds. Only for them tool send me and email 3 days later to tell me the funds have been returned and they haven't provided me with a reason!! I am LIVID!! I checked my PayPal account and funds are not there and they removed my account! I mean what ******* is that?? I even sent them proof of account details as proof of address and a copy of my ID to have them change my name. That has not been done too. This is disgusting for a first time user!! I am besides myself with anger!!
