Deductions from my bank account!

My experience was horrible.I was making a purchase online to a certain store,and PayPal deducted 17rands as an online Purchase fee(I suppose).Fine..I carried on with transaction hoping now it would deduct the actual fee of Purchase for the store but instead it kept saying transaction failed.Now I'm re trying the transaction cause automatically I'm thinking there's maybe something wrong on my side,like network issues or bank issues-I call my bank they confirm everything is in order on my side it has to be the merchants side that's at fault!And true it was.After calling my bank and complaining to the store via online chat,I go back to my bank balance and find over 75 rands gone!Deducted by PayPal and guess what!I haven't even made made actual purchase online!I want my money back,I don't suggest anyone to use it for online purchasing I'm utterly disappointed,fix it please
