Customer Service consultant Wafa is Brilliant and assists promptly

I was having a difficult time trying to get some stuff done on my account. I then request some customer support and was given this wonderful individual by the name of WAFA. Wafa was super polite, patient and responded to my every message in a quick and prompt manner. Wafa even went to the extent of trying to contact me to solve my issue however I was away from the phone. Wafa has excellent customer service skills and brilliant knowledge of her company and what is to be done to help someone. I am extremely amazed at Wafa's incredible work. Wafa helped me sort my issue and I am a happy person again. Epic service and nothing short of excellence. Wafa is the best thus far.
