Close paypal down !

If i could give Paypal no stars i could !! I have been struggling for the past week to get my money from them and everyday they have a new technical error and postpone my transaction with a day and when the day comes they have a new technical error again !! Wouldn’t recommend working with Paypal they should just close down really !! Useless services to be honest
