CASE WON- NO REFUND

Useless customer service and their Resolution Centre. Lodged a dispute and won it in my favor but they tell me that I didn't win it though the status in my case says that it was decided in my favor. Sent them several messages with no luck. Their response was inconsistent with the outcome of the case. This company has become useless to some of us and a result will immediately terminate my relationship with them.
