Cant get money out of paypal, and cant get assistance from a human to help me!

Hi Cant get my money out of my paypal account. Every time I try and follow your instructions I get stuck and the stupid robot keeps sending me to places that dont help at all. I need the money ASAP! THIS IS RIDICULOUS
