CANNOT TRANSFER MY MONEY

I have try to get the money from Pay pal to use it, after try many way, calling many times, sending many complains, still not possible.<br> <br> I try to get the money in South Africa but makes me do a paper work that I have not time to do. then try to send it to my sister in America because I only can transfer to banks in America and also was not possible. I did send the money to my sister and was reversed ... the reason? suspicious movements..... Really? its my money, its my sister and I have try many options... <br> What can I do??
