cannot reset password

I created my account many years ago but havent used it since. I cannot remember my password, so I opted to reset it via email. confirmed the verification code on email, then they asked to reconfirm using security questions, or a cell number. The number doesnt work anymore, and the answers to the questions wont work either. I am from South Africa so cannot call the helpline, and I cannot access community as I am LOGGED OUT without a password, I cannot email you because I am LOGGED OUT without a password. how do i get back into my account? please help
