Cancel my account PLEASE!!!!

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from this company.

All I want to do it cancel my account as I no longer have a need for it. I have not used this account in so long that I cannot even remember the address I placed in my profile. I have spoken to your call agents NUMEROUS times. They tell me to email an address. The agents at the email address keep telling me to call the help centre and then the help centre tells me to email the address.

I cannot access my account as I have forgotten the password. I cannot complete the reset password option as I no longer have access to the phone number I registered the account with. I call the help desk they require an address for verification, which as I said previously I do not know which address I used as I have not used the account in so long (and I have moved in that time so I also don't know which address used).

A simple matter like cancelling an account for a service I no longer need (and quite frankly want nothing to do with after this pathetic service), should not be this complicated!
