Buyer beware - PayPal protect ******* Suppliers and not the Consumer

I purchased goods online and paid with PayPal due to their Buyer protection. The supplier sent me a piece of junk worth about R5.00 - not at all what I ordered. Now they want me to pay courier fees to return the junk I received which will cost me around the price of the goods I purchased in the first place. the go all out to protect the ******* supplier who is clearly ******** numerous customers.
