Bad shopping experience - PayPal

Shipment never received (I purchased two products between the 26/ 29 of April 2020 and never received any of them).

What a poor/ pathetic service and bad shopping experience with Paypal I have sent numerous emails to their customer care and still no positive response, no one is getting back to me or help me understand what the hold-up is for my shipment.
