Bad service

I sold a phone on to a guy and he told me he's going to pay through PayPal I did not use this before and told him I'll give it a go and it was the worst mistake I could have ever made , I shipped the package to the guy and he received it but it's been a week if not more already and I still did not receive my money I sent numerous emails and all they email back is to say there has been another delay , I even had to borrow a 1800 to activate the account and still got no money yet and I need to pay back the person that I owe the 1800 to and I still didn't get my money that I rightfully deserve
