Bad service

I have been battling for a week to get someone from Paypal to contact me and assist with a payment that was apparently made into my account - nothing reflecting and now the contact person on the email from paypal wants me to pay a courier company (using personal information) from my own account in order to get funds released into my paypal account. I need assistance as i never used this before. I''ve send numerous emails and now getting threats that i will be suided from the person at paypal Is this of no importance to paypal that i need assistance?

This is horrible service and i will never use paypal again and will not recommend them to anybody as there is no service. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me and assist me
