Bad episode with Paypal and eBay.

If there is one business that deserves a ZERO rating, it is Paypal. I bought an item from eBay which was never delivered. eBay say they can see that the money is there and Paypal must refund it. The amount was$40 dollars, or R533 at the time. After MANY attempts I gave up on both eBay and Paypal. Neither had the necessary ethics to pursue the matter to a correct outcome. I am without my $40 and Paypal without a customer. I make it known wherever I can. My grievance is that I am 76 years of age. I need my money. Paypal does not.
