Bad customer service

Extreeeemley bad service. All the consultants do is tell you to contact your bank because the issue lies there. They’re so lazy and unhelpful. I’ve been sitting with funds in my PayPal account for the past 2 weeks and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone and every time I do, I’m passed over to the next person and at the end of the day, get nothing at all done or resolved. Their systems are also very confusing when it comes to withdrawing money from the PayPal account. There are hardly any guidelines about how to go about withdrawing funds either.
