AVOID USING PAYPAL AT ALL COST

For all those people wanting to use PayPal, please avoid at all cost.

My fiancé woke up one morning and more than R400 was taken from her account by someone who hacked her account and sent himself some money. PayPal symply shrugs it off and say that she authorized the transaction. This means she goes to bed every night knowing that her credit card might be maxed the next morning. By the looks of it, PayPal takes no responsibility for your account and you can see that it is vulnerable.

By using a PayPal account you are basically exposing all your details and accounts for all to take whatever they want because PayPal just stands back.

I, myself have made a payment through PayPal and even though the money was deducted from my account they sent an email stating that my payment was unsuccessful.

If you use PayPal you might as well leave your wallet on your lawn. At least my fiancés bank is investigating the matter. Pathetic.
