Atrocious service with zero support

Useless service their chat bot doesn’t even understand it’s own preset communication inputs.

I have a client who is trying to de***** me of money and PayPal claims I am suspicious. They further state I never responded to their email, I responded on the app the same day the issue came forward. When I responded to todays email I get a reply saying the email that contacted me is no longer in service.
