Almost impossible to withdraw ones own money

i have been using paypal for 3 months for all my AiR BnB payments. they then blocked my account and said i need to confirm my details, name Address ID etc. i sent through the documents but my account is still blocked. i have had no feedback after i initially sent my proof documents through so i sent them all again but the account is still blocked.

this is really pathetic i have guest house staff that need to be paid and i cant pay them because Paypal doesn't want to un block my account for some reason.
