Account blocked and not recovered.

I am still waiting to receive access to my paypal account since March 2015.<br> I have had moneys paid into my Paypal account and now can't retrieve it because Paypal blocked my account. Nor can I receive any information, because Paypal keeps sending messages to my Paypal account which I have no access to.
