Absolutely Disgusting Service

I have been struggling for a week to get into my Paypal account. I cannot remember the password and because the cellphone number is not correct, I cannot complete the security checks. I have contacted them on Facebook; tried calling two separate call centres multiple times (always has an engaged signal) and even went through the effort of installing Skype to try and contact them there. I have had no response from any of the Paypal accounts on Skype and the person supposedly assisting me on Facebook, takes 24 hours to respond to anything! This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced and I would NOT recommend Paypal to anyone.
