A little bit lost but none found

Ive been a paypal user for 7 odd years now. Ive not been on my account for the last 3 years now that i want to log in ive forgotten my password and i am not using my old cellphone anymore. After trying to gain access to my account trough online portals emails and even phoning them i still dont have access to my account. The most unhelpful people with a thousand excuses not to help anyone i will surely not recomend this company to anyone i know
