Worst Payment service I have ever used.

I made a payment request from Upwork on Wed the 13th, I expected my funds to be available within 2 hours as promised. I still don't have my funds available. I have contacted customer care on the 14th to inquire and they advised my funds will be available within 1-3 days, 18th and I still don't have the funds available. This is really poor service!
