Worst bank on the planet

This is the worst company to deal with number 1 - As it's more than a mission to get hold of an actual person. Secondly, they do things to your account without your knowledge. You will log in in and just find that your account is missing or inaccessible. Even on sign-up their consultant asked me to use another name as my first account on my own name failed. I did this and now it's a major problem. I've been advised to reopen the account on my own name - which they could not help me fix before - all of a sudden they fixed it this time around - while I have money in my other account that I will never see. If you think that service from South African companies sucks - think again. This must be the worst company on the planet. Not sure how they are still in business or got a banking license.
