Unprofessional

<p> I do Gigs on fiverr to make money, and i recently withdrew my money from Fiverr to Payoneer then to my bank account and for some reason i have no idea why Payoneer sent the payment name with out my surname so my bank declined it and sent it back to payoneer, now its been 3 days i have been emailing payoneer, messaging them on facebook and they just dont contact me! In my mind its unprofessional for a world wide company to have such poor customer care!! So it seems like they with holding my money and to make matters even ****se i cant do my gigs on fiverr with out those funds that payoneer is just keeping to them selves if thats the case!!! So i tell every one now DO NOT USE PAYONEER!!!!</p>
