Can I really rate their services? Well, I can't get past customer services nor their registration process as their interface and personnel seem to be useless. I would rate it less than 1 as the service is not usable at all, everytime I request help I get a generic answer that is present on the flipping FAQ page and then told it's resolved. No, it's not resolved.
