Posibble Theft of Monies Due by Financial Institution?

Be careful of using this once highly esteemed financial institution; After 3 years of payments received through Payoneer without a glitch we received notice today to now verify our account with all payments made to us recently placed in retention and leaving us...penniless... without much hope of retrieving monies we have worked hard for.....some may call this THEFT?
