Payoneer makes small businesses suffer loss of financial income and ignore customer service requests. NEVER SIGN UP with PAYONEER!!!

After 6 months and 7 e-mails, and several inbox messages and attempts to reach out, Payoneer has just ignored my emails.

I got as far as getting a customer reference number, but no further. They asked me to furnish them with my ID number, birth date, and copy of my ID which I did SIX TIMES, SIX TIMES, over 5 months, I sent them and re-sent them the documentation, with NO response from their side whatsoever.

They owe me R3000+ that can not be paid out due to a decision on their part to lock my account. My email address changed in the meantime, so I can not unlock the account myself and they are not being helpful at all whilst sitting on my money!!!

Never sign up with Payoneer, they rob small businesses of their livelihood!!!!!
