Payoneer, legit but not great after service

I battled to log into my account from the 6th of October. Customer care was absolutely useless at the time and especially via email.

Today, 13 days later, i finally can log into my account and continue my work.

A screenshot of a payment confirmation is what relieved the issue.

Was 1 star, updated to 3. Customer service can definitely be improved.
