Payoneer is absolute ****

My account at Payoneer needs one document to be approved, its been nearly 2 months and still under review. When i contact support, their stup!d robot keep closing my case, saying its resolved. when i try to talk on live support, it keeps on getting canceled! this is the worst place to do business, but unfortunately ebay is forcing us to use this **** business. *** is support on this platform???????????????
