Payoneer impossible to contact

I have an Airbnb payoneer account and have funds I can't access because I no longer have access to the email I signed up with and my password has expired. Despite many attempts to email, call and contacting them twice via their website they've done nothing to help me. For months they've been sitting on my money and don't respond.
