Payoneer Customer service is *******

For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get my money that was sent via my payer. Payoneer Customer service is very hard to find. But I found them. Since them that have been sweet like sugar, but I don't want sugar, I want my hard-yearned money! They still have not responded for about 36 hours after assuring me they would within 24 hours! Here I sit with no money, things to pay, and they don't care! It will be a miracle if they actually respond to this complaint!
