Payoneer card shipping

I have been trying to get my cards shipped for the past 3 months now and I have not received anything yet. Contact their customer service to enquire about it. Their service is closed to nothing. I'm here stranded with no money yet I have money in my Payoneer account and I can't use it because I haven't got my cards delivered
