Payoneer - are your customer service staff trained and equipped to handle customer problems?

I have been trying to link my existing Payoneer account to Ebay for more than two weeks now. I have a long list of responses from different staff at their customer service centre, none of which addresses and solves my problem. When I log in to Ebay and try to link with Payoneer the telephone number they give me is not the number I submitted originally and the last two digits change every time I try and link again. I believe that Payoneer did not capture my 'phone number correctly at the beginning and their staff do not know how to correct this, Frustration!!!
