NO FUNDS RECEIVED AFTER A MONTH, IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

I sent money to my own bank account on 15 June. It is now 10 July. I am still waiting for that money to show. When I try to contact them, it says that they don't accept incoming messages. Then they instruct me to call by going to the support centre, but there are no contact details there and only a bunch of articles to read about irrelevant topics.
