Lack of confidence in safeguarding of funds. Urgent resolution?

Payoneer is an innovative company and their MasterCard product is a fantastic function.

However the recent catastrophe with the Wirecard Ag filing for insolvency has left all card activity frozen. I have serious concerns for the safety of my funds has their official communication reads "We believe that cardholder funds are properly safeguarded and that the freeze will be temporary." That is by no means a conclusive statement about the safety of thousands of people's funds, currently in Payoneer accounts. There is no way to withdraw or access funds and in relying on this account I have been placed in a very difficult situation by this company.

We really require an urgent resolution of this issue if we has Payoneer users are to trust this company with our earnings in the future.
