Don't recommend.

Wow. These guys make things so difficult. A passport photo isn't enough for them: they need specific proof of residence. I haven't been able to access my funds because they are so strict about proving you are who you say you are. Normally, that would be good - but when it means you are inconvenienced and can't get hold of money to pay rent it sucks. Big time. Use a different service if you can, these guys suck.
