Customer service is non-existent

Why is it impossible to contact Payoneer or get feedback about the global form verification? I've been waiting since Oct 19, and all I get when I contact Customer support is a generic response. When I contacted the customer service manager, I received a snotty "this email is not for customer care queries." If there are no pending documents, why am I still waiting for verification? Can some soul at Payoneer give me a straight answer? Pathetic.
