Can't access my funds, after withdrawing its been from the 5th, and client centre not helpful, I am so ****ed.

I just opened a new account less than a month ago, now I can't use my funds, I withdraw but money can't get to my local bank, I tried to contact them, they busy telling me the bank transfer department is working on it, so now I have decided they can just take that money, I am so fed up, from the 5th of Dec until today, they just want me to have a black Christmas, they can have the money, if they don't want to release my funds. nxaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
