ATM SUCKED MONEY BACK!

I went the NEDBANK ATM at Graanendal shopping centre in Durbanville last week Friday morning 8:30am. I withdrew R6000.00, I managed to take R1400 out and the remaining cash was stuck and I could not grab it! Then the machine just closed! There I stood with no money to pay my rent and no phone either to call Nedbank! Fortunately the kindest security guard offered that I use he's phone and we dialled the number on the ATM where I held through 4 people! You would think this to be an emergency or is this amount of money only alot to some people!? I finally reach the woman and she needed my account number, I bank with Payoneer mastercard so I had to go back into my email to retrieve the account number. I then called back when I had purchased airtime and was back home with my phone. They told me that Payoneer needed to contact them, I spoke to Payoneer and they told me that I need to wait until the 4th to get my money as its under pre-authorization!???? They also said that they don't work that way and they won't reach out to Nedbank to make the procedure faster! Nedbank called me the first time this morning, I missed the call and sent an email still have not heard a thing!
