Appalling customer service

I am terribly disappointed in this company! I have been waiting for my salary for over 5 business days with no communication. The customer suopport is just a waste of time! Everything is automated and there is no customized option to special problems like the one I a facing. There is basically no help when things go wrong! It's completely frustrating. I don't know what to do now about my salary. I am a truly disappointed customer.
